3 v 3 is the new FA recommended format for a football team at the age of u7.
A fast-paced small-sided football match that maximizes individual ball touches, quick decision-making, and high-intensity transitions without the constraint of rigid positional shapes.
With Mini goals and no goalkeepers required to protect the goal for this age group .
This Training session will be the starting point for all those who wish to join our Team and become a Super Striker signed player.
